Name's Tess, I'm from a small country overrun with sheep and hobbits (New Zealand). My goal is to improve my fitness and strength, not to "lose weight". I post sporty people, shit I like to argue about, personal bollocks, cats, anything that advocates weight lifting, and things I find amusing.
You won't find any bollocks-y under-eating, self-hating, negative nonsense here. I eat plenty, I lift heavy, not much more to it.

You should make some. They’re not supe healthy by themselves but I usually put peanut butter and fresh fruit on them :) super yummy when I have to eat brunch with the family.
