Here’s a list of goals that I have set out, in no particular order. I don’t have a set date for any of them, just to get them done eventually.
Complete CE Burn Phase DONE!
Complete CE Push Phase DONE!
Complete CE Lean Phase DONE!
Move onto medium/blue resistance band DONE!
Move onto hard/grey resistance band Don’t use these any more
10 press ups DONE!
20 press ups DONE!
30 press ups
40 press ups
50 press ups
1 chin up DONE!
5 chin ups DONE!
10 chin ups
1 pull up DONE!
5 pull ups
10 pull ups
Fit not-so-snuggly into size 8 NZ jeans from Just Jeans DONE!
Fit into those size 8 jeans that are 10000x smaller than my other size 8 pants (seriously ridiculous) - my ultimate goal pants
Throw out all size 10+ clothing DONE-ish - they’re in a box ready for selling
Buy a bench and barbell DONE!
Buy adjustable dumbells DONE!
